We currently ship throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

• Australia: 7–15 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Other international destinations: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service and customs processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs processing and other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within our stated processing timeframe.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your parcel.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please carefully check that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, this may result in delivery delays, returned parcels or additional shipping costs.

Where additional shipping costs arise solely because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, these costs may be the customer's responsibility.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the relevant shipping provider to investigate the issue and assist with resolving the matter.

If the issue is covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and item where possible. This may assist us when investigating the matter with the shipping provider.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the shipping provider.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, your statutory consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by this policy.

Depending on the circumstances, consumer guarantees may provide rights to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation where applicable.
